CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
This pole is easy to clean and maintain. In order to keep your pole as good as new for as long as possible, you must clean it after each use. Because this dance pole is covered in a powder coated paint you will need to wipe your pole off with a clean rag and water after each use. I’m new to this but I always wanted to try it. I am no gymnast (in fact, I’m your ordinary middle aged white guy). I wanted something different in my workout routine. I’m not sure how far I’ll take it, but I’m enjoying it so far. My muscles, not so much, lol! Since I was new, I didn’t want to purchase a high end pole, but I didn’t want a crappy pole either. So I settled on this one. Once I got it set up, it’s very sturdy and yes, I can see where it will take 10 days to get used to the grip. I’m just having fun with it and I hope someday my future girlfriend loves and appreciates it too. Until then, I will.

I usually exercise with a punching bag. Using a pole makes a huge difference. I love drinking a bunch of beer and spinning around at night; it has put some pretty solid, heavy gripping muscle on my arms and helped me get a deep stretch where I needed it. The product itself is well built and solid. It was easy to assemble with a good stud finder, and I can move it from place to place very quickly. This is an excellent piece of equipment, I will be purchasing more poles in the future!

But when I seen the price for this and compared it to the lil mynx I decided to go with the pfd brand. I’ve had it up for about a month installation was easy and took about 15 minutes.
