Beginner Lessons In Pole Kit:

When you buy any brand of dance pole, we include beginner pole dance lessons in your purchase.   When you return your pole for a refund, those beginner lessons are cancelled.  If you do not want them cancelled, please notify us so we can deduct the price of those lessons ($27.00) from your dance pole refund.  Any lessons purchased, other than the beginner lessons included in the dance pole purchase will remain active.

 

X-Pole Brand:

WARRANTY

All X-Poles and their associated parts are guaranteed free of manufacturing defects for a period of 6 months from date of purchase through X-Pole manufacturer.  Defects from use, wear and tear, chipped edges from pole-to-pole contact, or being dropped, and anything outside of a pure manufacturing defect are not covered.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

RETURN POLICY

X-Pole’s official policy is that all sales are final. They do not accept ANY returns or exchanges after a package has been opened. If there are any manufacturer defects, or damages caused during shipping, we will replace any necessary parts. We absolutely want to make sure you or your client has a fully functional X-Pole! Unopened, unused poles can be returned within 30 days of purchase. However, a 15% re-stocking fee will be applied, and return shipping costs will be at your expense. Contact support@polefitnessdancing.com with your return request. Once we verify an item is in new unopened condition, we will notify X-Pole of your return request. If X-Pole authorizes the return, they will provide return instructions for your item(s). Once your returned item is received by X-Pole, they will notify us of your return and a refund (less shipping charges) is applied when they credit our account. Once credit is received, we will process the refund (less shipping charges and less 15% restocking fee).

PFD Brand:

WARRANTY

The Pro Quality Poles and their associated parts are guaranteed free of manufacturing defects for a period of 6 months from date of purchase through the manufacturer.  Defects from use, wear and tear, chipped edges from pole-to-pole contact, or being dropped, and anything outside of a pure manufacturing defect are not covered.  This does not affect your statutory rights.  Additionally, we offer ongoing support after the warranty has expired, to do our best to ensure the longevity and usability of your pole to the best of our ability.

Our official policy is that all sales are final once the pole and its associated parts are used. If there are any manufacturer defects or damages caused during shipping, we will replace any necessary parts. We absolutely want to make sure you or your client has a fully functional pole!  Unopened & unused poles (and their associated parts) can be returned within 30 days of purchase. Any attempts to install the pole is considered used. Return shipping is at the expense of the buyer. We do NOT provide return shipping labels.  Shipping charges are not refundable. (Note* If shipping fees are included in the price of the pole, those fees will be deducted from any refund authorized.)  A 15% re-stocking fee will be applied to all returned poles.   We reserve the right to reject any returns that are not in new, unopened condition.  Exchanges of any kind are not allowed.  Please Contact support@polefitnessdancing.com for return and warranty service arrangement prior to returning.

Return tracking numbers must be provided, as we are not responsible for lost products being returned.

 

Lupit Brand:

WARRANTY

All Lupit products come with a minimum 12 months parts and labor warranty. The warranty excludes normal wear and tear on parts. Your sales receipt, showing the date of purchase of the product, is your proof of the date of purchase. This warranty becomes VALID ONLY if the Product is assembled / installed according to the instructions / directions included with the product. This warranty does not extend to any product that has been damaged or rendered defective: (a) as a result of accident, misuse, or abuse or lack of reasonable care; (b) by the use of parts not manufactured by Lupit pole or sold by Lupit pole; (c) by modification of the product.

RETURN POLICY

You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.  Please contact support@lupitpole.com for return instructions and approval prior to returning any item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

It is the customer’s responsibility to examine the consignment of goods upon arrival for correct quality, description, shortages, plus any transit damage. Claims MUST be made in writing within 3 days of receipt of goods or within 14 days of the invoice date where the goods have become lost in transit.

Once the parcel is received, please check for any damage on the outside of the package. And please make a remark on the delivery note before signing it, then to schedule a refund or replacement contact support@lupitpole.com.

Lupit Pole will not accept packing and carrier charges for customer returns, unless agreed by a Lupit Director.

Refunds will be made on the receipt of the goods once the warranty claim is agreed. Proof of return (registered post or similar) should be retained as no refund or exchange can be made until the goods are received.

15% Restocking fee is applied to all returns.

 

Lil Mynx Brand:

WARRANTY

During the limited warranty period, Lil Mynx warrants that the Lil Mynx dance pole is free from defects in materials and workmanship, and conforms to the factory specifications in effect at the time the dance pole was manufactured.

If within one (1) year from the date of purchase, the Lil Mynx dance pole fails due to a defect in material or workmanship, Lil Mynx will, at it’s sole discretion, repair or replace the pole, free of charge. This warranty applies only to the dance pole, not the accessories or carrying case. The limited warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, i.e. scratches on finish. Lil Mynx is not responsible for the misuse or improper installation of the Lil Mynx dance pole. Replacement parts are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for thirty (30) days or for the remainder of this limited warranty, whichever is longer.

If this Lil Mynx dance pole is used for commercial or rental purposes, this Limited Warranty coverage applies for only thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.

RETURN POLICY

Limited Warranty Service is available. Lil Mynx has an all sales final policy with no returns allowed.  All exchanges/repairs must be pre-approved by calling 877-700-7467. Warranty exchanges/repairs will be returned to you via ground shipping. 

This Limited Warranty applies only while this product is used in the United States.

This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.

All shipping costs are non-refundable

 

 

 

Pro Quality Chrome Dance Pole

WARRANTY

The Pro Quality Dance Poles and their associated parts are guaranteed free of manufacturing defects for a period of 90 days from date of delivery through the manufacturer.  Defects from use, wear and tear, chipped edges from pole-to-pole contact, or being dropped, and anything outside of a pure manufacturing defect are not covered.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

Our official policy is that all sales are final once the pole is used. If there are any manufacturer defects or damages caused during shipping we will replace any necessary parts. REPLACEMENT PARTS

Replacement parts beyond the warranty period for this pole are not guaranteed in stock due to availability. For a similar dance pole with guaranteed availability of replacement parts beyond the warranty period you should purchase the PFD Brand Pro Dance Pole instead.

 

Pro Quality Colored Dance Poles

WARRANTY

The Pro Quality Dance Poles and their associated parts are guaranteed free of manufacturing defects for a period 6 months from date of delivery through the manufacturer.  Defects from use, wear and tear, chipped edges from pole-to-pole contact, or being dropped, and anything outside of a pure manufacturing defect are not covered.  Any defects in the colored finish must be reported within 7 days of receiving the item, to be covered.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

Our official policy is that all sales are final once the pole is used. If there are any manufacturer defects or damages caused during shipping we will replace any necessary parts. We absolutely want to make sure you or your client has a fully functional pole!  Unopened & unused poles can be returned within 14 days of purchase.  Any attempts to install the pole is considered used. Yoga Swing

WARRANTY

The Yoga Swing and their associated parts are guaranteed free of manufacturing defects for a period of 90 days from date of delivery through the manufacturer.  Defects from use, wear and tear, damage caused by using the product in a way it was never intended, or misused, and anything outside of a pure manufacturing defect are not covered.  This does not affect your statutory rights.

We absolutely want to make sure you or your client has a fully functional yoga swing!  Unopened & unused packages can be returned within 14 days of purchase.  Any attempts to install the yoga swing is considered used. Return shipping is at the expense of the buyer.
