It is very important to read the Shipping tab located in each product listing.  Shipping and processing times vary depending on the items you purchase.  Not all items can be shipped to all countries.  We only stock smaller items in our office and ship other bigger items directly from the brands manufacturing facility.   For this reason, packages may arrive in separate shipments.  It’s important to log into your account or use your completed order receipt to locate all your tracking numbers to precisely determine shipping times.

Dance Pole Shipping Details

Shipping Times:

Business hours are Monday-Friday excluding Holidays and Weekends.  We ship via Fed Ex or UPS ground, so most packages come within a week or less of ordering, depending on your country.

Dance poles always ship directly from the manufacture instead of first routing it through our office, which saves you both time and money.  In general, most dance poles process within 2 business days and shipping times vary between 2-8 business days. Lupit Brands are an exception to that rule because they are located in Europe and some (not all) of their products are routed and shipped from the EU.  Processing times for Lupit take about 72 hours (excluding weekends & Holidays).

NOTE: We do not ship to PO Box or APO address. These are not valid for the free shipping promotions and are tremendously more expensive than our normal ground shipping services.

Instant Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place an order you will get a confirmation email from us that your order is processing.  If you don’t get the email, 99.9% of the time it landed in your spam folder, please remember to check there.  When your item ships you will get another “completed order” email containing your tracking information along with any information regarding pole dancing lessons included in your purchase.  You may also log in to your account to retrieve this information at any time as well.

AK, HI, PR Shipping

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico must ship by air in most cases and are not valid with any free shipping promotions.  Please see the item details shipping tab for addition shipping options for these 3 locations.


International Orders:

If you need shipping outside the USA, then you are considered International.

Canada: Heavy items like dance poles ship via UPS Ground and shipping times widley vary depending on location and take 7-10 business days on average.  

Smaller items are shipped First Class USPS and take 10-15 business days to arrive.

Australia: orders are accepted for most items in the store for Aussie’s.  Please check the shipping tab for the item you are ordering for details.  As a general guide;

  • orders are picked/packed/booked the following business day (in normal circumstances – excluding back orders etc). 24-48hours.
  • Freight times are 7-10 days across Aus, excluding regional areas which can take up to 2 weeks & may incur additional shipping charges. This is unusual though & we would advise you at time of freight booking, if there were to be extended delays or greater shipping costs.

For ALL other International customers, we don’t ship to all locations.  The cart will calculate shipping to your area and if it does not, we don’t ship to your area at this time.  Please read the shipping tabs in the product description for individual shipping details for that item.  Some brands and products have shipping restrictions and will not allow us to ship to certain countries.

Shipping Taxes and Duties

If you are having your order shipped outside of the United States or Canada, you will be responsible for any and all duty charges and tax charges when your order is delivered.  Some products will require taxes and duties, others will not, it depends on the item you order.

Clothing, Grip Aids, Wearable Gear Shipping Details

All smaller items ship separately from dance poles.  Items are shipped within 48 hours during regular business hours of Monday – Friday directly from our office in Florida. Average shipping times vary between 2-5 business days depending on your location in the US.

We do ship clothing internationally and the cart will calculate shipping costs for your area. All packages are shipped USPS first class or USPS priority depending on the size of your order.

Dance Pole Warranty & Returns Details


All our poles come with a warranty to ensure the quality of good products and vary depending on which dance pole you bought, please see our warranty page for details.

What if my Delivery Contains Damaged Goods or Parts?

If your product was damaged during delivery, don’t worry, it’s covered by insurance!

All missing or items damaged during shipping must be reported within 15 days after product is delivered for free replacements.   After 15 days we are no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items in shipping transit.   The reason this policy exists is because shipping carriers limit our time frame when filing insurance claims for damaging our shipments.   If you report a lost, stolen, or damaged items after 15 days, we cannot recover our expenses from the shipping carrier.  The only exception to the 15 day policy is the Lupit brand, Lupit requires the reporting of damaged goods within 3 days of delivery to qualify for a replacement.

Please repost any shipping damages by contacting our support team and we will get you a new item asap.  All returns need to be authorized through our customer service department prior to return.

PFD Dance Pole

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our customer service department can arrange a return for most products within 30 days of the receipt of your product for and exchange or refund. The products must be returned in new condition in the original boxes with all the paperwork for refunds, credit, or exchange. Shipping charges are not refundable. (Note* even products that shipped for free have an actual cost we paid for shipping.   Even though that shipping charge was included in the price to allow “free shipping”, the original shipping charges we paid to the courier will not be refunded.)

Return shipping is the complete responsibility of the buyer and will not be refunded, we do not send out return shipping labels.   Your purchase is covered under the warranty info found here =>

Returns could be subject to a 15% restocking fee if they were not defective upon inspection.  If you purchased items in a bundled pole kit and ALL items are not returned, original retail cost for the item plus it’s original shipping is deducted from any refund.

Shipping charges will not be refunded if the package gets returned to us due to any incorrect information provided by the customer or if you refuse the package upon delivery.

Return tracking numbers must be provided as we are not responsible for lost products being returned.

You must contact us to arrange the exchange or refund before returning your item to acquire the correct return shipping address.  Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees.

X Pole Brand items have an “all sales are final” policy from X Pole directly that we are bound to adhere to as a dealer. Your purchase is covered under the warranty info found here =>


It is the customer’s responsibility to examine the consignments of goods upon arrival for correct quality, description, shortages, plus any transit damage. Claims MUST be made in writing within 3 days of receipt of goods or within 14 days of the invoice date where the goods have become lost in transit.

Once the parcel is received, please check for any damage on the outside of the package. And please make a remark on the delivery note, before signing it then to schedule a refund or replacement contact our support team.

Lupit Pole will not accept packing and carriage charges for customer returns unless agreed by a Lupit Director.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds will be made on the receipt of the goods once the warranty claim is agreed. Proof of return (registered post or similar) should be retained as no refund or exchange can be made until the goods are received.

Lil Mynx

Digital Goods Refund Details

Refunds for the digitally delivered pole dancing lessons must be done within 60 days of the original purchase date for a full refund.

There is a link at the bottom of your purchase receipt to contact support to initial any refund requests.

Clothing & Wearable Gear

We can only accept unworn clothing grip gear for refund or exchange within 15 days.  It must be in it’s original packaging with original tags.  No clothing or grip gear item that is damaged, soiled or worn will be accepted for refund or exchange.

If you are exchanging, add a note to your returned items with the correct sizing and item info in which you wish to do the exchange.

Refunded items are subject to a 20% restocking fee and shipping is non-refundable.

Tracking numbers are required for returned items as lost packages with no tracking number will not be refunded. is not responsible for uninsured items that are lost, stolen, or damaged. 

Please contact support when returning an item for a return address and RA number.

Grip Aids Return Details

Returns are not accepted for these items for sanitary and security reasons.
