In-stock products are shipped directly from the Lupit factory in Slovenia. Once you place your order, it’s submitted to Lupit for processing. Processing time to package items for shipment is 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). International shipping takes longer to arrive.
Once packaged, shipping can take 10-15 working days via economy ground to arrive, depending on your location. Since this is an international shipment, it must clear Customs during the shipping process. Customs may cause delays that are beyond our control and beyond Lupit’s control. Customs decides when to clear shipments into the USA and they do not give us a time frame. Generally, they are quick to clear items coming into the USA from Lupit.
